At Brothers Home Decor, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products and requesting refunds.

Custom-Made Furniture

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, most items are made to order according to your specifications. As such, custom-made furniture cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

If you receive a custom-made item that has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

Ready-Made Furniture

For ready-made furniture items that are not custom-ordered, the following return policy applies:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for ready-made furniture can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Custom orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a fee based on the progress of your order:

  • If production has not started: 10% of the order value
  • If production has started but is not complete: 50% of the order value
  • If production is complete: No refund available
